WHAT’S FOR LUNCH?

Well in this case, we’re actually looking at a client’s go-to healthy breakfast. Thank you Jennie for sharing your brilliantly CLEAN breakfast pizza concept with the team. How could we not show this off for the rest of the world to enjoy? 

Our clients interact with each other daily. They are continuously showing team support, sharing successes, revealing delicious recipes they’ve created within their meal plans, helping each other get through struggles… and these lovely clients are located all over the world. 

What you see here is 
- 1 sprouted grain tortilla
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- diced onion
- spinach
- sliced tomato
- feta cheese
- 2 eggs 
- hot sauce to taste

Jennie bakes this in the oven at 375 while she cooks the eggs. She then adds the eggs and broils for a minute or two. Delicious! 

Hmmm, doesn’t look like a typical dieter’s breakfast, does it? Cheese and bread? Of course our clients eat cheese and bread.
