Team Blessed Bodies Welcomes New Support Staff - Theresa Lopetrone!

Theresa will be assisting with Client Support for clients using the FitnessPrint program as well as Team Blessed Bodies members.

Theresa has been a very active team member during 2011; she regularly shares inspirational quotes and her words of encouragement put a smile on your face, even on a low-carb day!  She is educated as a primary school teacher; she is patient and positive.  With her calm demeanor and genuine compassion, she is the perfect person for this sometimes challenging role! Dreaming of stepping on the stage for 8 years, Theresa knows that anything is possible.  With focus, consistency, persistency, and patience, Theresa competed at the INBF in July 2011 winning her class, as well as the overall title! She has also been featured in Oxygen Magazine’s (February 2012) Future of Fitness  ” Are You Next” section.

Theresa will use her vibrant personality and personally tested “tips” to help keep you on the right path to make your dreams come true!


Get to know Theresa better…Interview by Blessed Bodies with Theresa
BB: When did you start working with Team Blessed Bodies and what inspired you to do so?
TL: I have always dreamed of competing and after watching a WBFF show in 2009, I was inspired to take the next step by a friend who competed in the show.  I attended a workshop with Team Blessed Bodies in February 2010 and the rest is history!

BB: What is your favorite cheat food?
TL:  Dried fruit, chocolate, a piece of pie or cheesecake, a cupcake, or a power cookie from Whole Foods

BB: How often do you indulge?
TL: Once a week

BB: What is your favorite non-cheat food? 
TL: Clean pancakes (egg whites, uncooked oats, flax seeds and cinnamon) topped with banana, blueberries, strawberries, almond butter, and butter flavoured sugar free syrup –delicious!

BB: What is your favorite go to menu for the day?
TL: Meal 1: pancakes with fruit, nut-butter and sugar free syrup
Meal 2: tofu, cucumbers, plain yogurt, almonds, Ezekiel cereal
Meal 3: whole wheat jasmine rice, green beans, lean ground turkey, baby carrots
Meal 4: sprouted grain Ezekiel English muffin with all natural crunchy peanut butter, red bell pepper, salmon
Meal 5: whole wheat pasta, lean ground beef or cod, homemade tomato sauce

BB: What do you love most about being part of Team Blessed Bodies?
TL: “Family” support –it’s so genuine.  We are all strong women and together we work hard to improve ourselves and support one another to be the best we can be!

BB: What do you love most about the Fitness Print plan?
TL: The FitnessPrint plan is so organized and very easy to use.

BB: What is your biggest challenge with the plan?
TL: Sometimes there is an item that I want to eat but it’s not listed on the plan. Usually there is a way to add it –I just need to ask!

BB: What is your greatest accomplishment while working with Team Blessed Bodies?
TL: Discovering that I am capable of achieving anything I want as long as I stay focused, consistent, persistent and patient.  Patience is the toughest part!

BB: What are your current fitness goals?
TL: Maintain my hard work during the “off season” and bring an even better package to my next show, the WBFF Vancouver show on June 23rd, 2012.

 BB: What is your competition history?
TL: My first show was the inaugural INBF show in BC held on September 10th, 2011.  I competed in “Best Body”, placed 1st in my division and was the show’s overall winner!

Finally, Theresa has also recently graced the inside of Oxygen Magazine’s (February 2012) Edition of “Future of Fitness - Are You Next Next” section.
